He provides public awareness campaigns and founded the Düsseldorf Breast Cancer Conference. In addition, he has founded the Rezai Foundation-Medical Aid for Herat/Afghanistan. He is a member of several organizations such as the European Institute of Oncology, the European School of Oncology, and the Asian Society of Mastology.
