Dr. Moises graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 1992 with a degree in Medicine and Surgery. He specialized in nephrology and defended his doctoral dissertation in 1995. He also received a research grant from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán en Médico. He was a specialist in the Transplant Department of Hospital Clínic de Barcelona from 1995 to 2000, and the leading specialist of the Teknon Internal Medicine Department from 2004 to 2009. He is currently the head of this department and is a member of various organizations, including the Spanish Society of Nephrology, Spanish Society of Arterial Hypertension, and Catalan Society of Arterial Hypertension.

Experience
On his return from London, he organized and directed the Arrhythmia Unit of the Cardiology Service of the Nuestra Señora del Pino University Hospital in Las Palmas until the year 2000.
Later he was associate head of the Arrhythmia Unit and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid.
Professor of Cardiology at the Autonomous University and Fellowship Program Director of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Society) positions that he held for 6 years until his transfer to the Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital in 2006.
Dr. Cabrera has been the head of the Cardiology service at the Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital since the hospital began operating in 2006.
Since January 2013, he is also head of the Cardiology Unit of the Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital Complex and in 2022 head of service of the new Olympia center.
He is a professor at the European University of Madrid where he directs the Chair of Clinical and Basic Translational Cardiology.
