Born in Mucur district of Kırşehir, Firdevs Seyfe Şen completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Kırşehir and then entered Adana Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. After graduating in 1993, she started to work as a general practitioner in Kırşehir province Kaman district No. 1 health center to do her compulsory service. After 1 year, he was assigned to Kırşehir State Hospital Emergency Department. Then he assumed the duty of Kırşehir Provincial Health Directorate Mental and Mental Health Branch Directorate. His first place of duty as a mental health and diseases specialist was Manisa Turgutlu State Hospital. Here he managed the psychiatry clinic for over 10 years. In accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of Health, he worked as a private practice physician for a period.

Dr. Kose is a founding member of the Turkish Society of Developmental Pediatric Neurology. She is also active in five major international pediatric neurology societies. As a clinic chief and associate professor, she has influenced clinical protocols and specialist training across the country.

He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English) and is fluent in English, he worked as a child psychiatrist at Bitlis State Hospital. He worked as a clinical observer at the University of Leicester in England. He has articles and papers published in national and international refereed journals. Since April 2024, he has been working as a child - adolescent psychiatry specialist at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital.
