Born and raised in Turkey, Dr. Pera attended the highly reputed Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty from 2008 to 2013, where he began his journey to become a dentist. Dr. Baştan completed his education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University and was the first physician to receive a master’s degree in Oral Implantology at Yeditepe University.
