He completed his primary education at Şenlikköy Primary School and his secondary education at the Istek Foundation Florya Bilge Kagan High School. Prof. Dr. Salih Murat İmer is a neurosurgeon with over 30 years of experience. He founded and led the Neurosurgery Department at Okan University Hospital. He has written 68 scientific articles and contributed to 9 book chapters. Dr. İmer has also presented at 33 international congresses, showing his influence in neurosurgery worldwide.

Dr. İmer holds advanced certifications in functional and stereotactic neurosurgery, Leksell Gamma Knife radiosurgery, and endoscopic spine surgery. He received specialized training in several European countries. He has worked with leading experts such as Prof. Matti Vapalahti and Prof. Juha Hernesniemi. Dr. Mustafa Yavuz Samanci is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital in Istanbul. He has specialized training in stereotactic, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Samanci completed a clinical fellowship in Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. Dr. Martin Schindl is a senior consultant at the University Hospital of Surgery, Vienna General Hospital. He specializes in surgery of the pancreas, liver, gallbladder, and bile ducts. He also focuses on surgical cancer therapy. Dr. Schindl leads the surgical outpatient clinic for pancreatic and biliary diseases. He coordinates the interdisciplinary pancreatic cancer group at the Comprehensive Cancer Center Vienna.

Dr. Kristina Ryliškienė is a neurologist with expertise in stroke, migraine, and neurosonology. She graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. She completed her neurology residency in 2003 and earned her doctoral degree in 2008.

Dr. Ryliškienė works at Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos and Kardiolita Hospital. She is also an Associate Professor at Vilnius University. She has led advanced training courses and given lectures internationally, including at Astana University and the Baltic School of Neurosonology.
