Стоимость пакета трансплантации печени от живого донора составляет - 55.000 долларов США.
В стоимость входит обследования пациента и первого донора до трансплантации + трансплантация печени. Срок нахождения пациента в стационаре составляет приблизительно 15 дней, из них 5 дней в отделении интенсивной терапии и 10 дней в палате сервиса, срок нахождения донора в стационаре составляет приблизительно 7-10 дней.
В вышеуказанную стоимость входят следующие услуги:
*Первая консультация врача при поступлении в госпиталь.
*Стандартные предоперационные обследования, включая рентген, сканирования и т.д. по назначению (развернутый список обследование донора и реципиента прикреплен во вложении).
*Стандартные пред/послеоперационные медикаменты/лекарства используемые во время госпитализации.
*Стационар в стандартной комнате в течение указанных выше сроках.
*Одно сопровождающее лицо может находиться вместе с пациентом в стандартной комнате и другое сопровождающее лицо может оставаться с донором. Сопровождающие лица не могут находиться в комнате в отделении интенсивной реанимации.
В стоимость пакета не входят следующие услуги:
*Количество дополнительных дней стационара помимо указанных выше.
*В пакет входят только расходы связанные с предоперационными обследованиями первого донора. В случае если первый донор не подойдет для трансплантации и необходимо будет проверить соответствие другого донора, расходы этих процедур будут оплачиваться отдельно. (приблизительно 2.000 - 2 500 долларов США за каждого донора).
*Если у пациента имеются другие проблемы не связанные с его/ее проблемами печени (кардиологические, проблемы связанные с лёгкими, диабет, давление и т.д.), в случае если пациент должен быть проконсультирован другими специалистами и если будут назначены дополнительные тесты, все это подлежит дополнительной оплате.
*В случае, если пациенту требуется стационарное лечение перед пересадкой печени (плазмаферез, гемофильтрация, переливание крови), то расходы связанные с этим оплачиваются дополнительно».
