I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic

Wonderful team. Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue. The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top. The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent. Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone. The doctor is energetic, understanding and speaks English, so there were no problems with communication. I am satisfied with everything and I am glad that I chose this clinic.

I liked that they let me stay in the hospital longer - this made things safer

Liked that they let me stay in Hospital Longer - this made things safer I was told my medicine would be included but was a little Annoyed I had to go withdraw money to get my medicine for after care, especially after surgery when walking was a major issue after surgery (I got very faint) I ended up organising my own massages post op as I was told double the price of my original pricing for the massage My aftercare was a little bad. Mixed opinions on diffrent things . Saw a few things that could’ve been done better

The doctor didn’t listen to my request/wishes for surgery and still did his own thing. My result came out horribly. Except the breast lift part was done very well. And after all the pain it wasn’t worth going. The nurses stayed on their phones all day. At times I was left for hours without assistance. I had to google translate for them to put on gloves. Yet they still would not listen to me before they placed my IV or handled blood without gloves. If you don’t speak Turkish it’s not worth it!
