Posterior fossa tumor surgery is a complex neurosurgical procedure aimed at removing tumors located in the posterior fossa of the brain — the region at the back of the skull that houses critical structures including the cerebellum, brainstem, and fourth ventricle. Because of the density of vital neural pathways and blood vessels, surgery in this area requires extreme precision and planning. As a unique selling point, this operation is performed in our hybrid operating rooms in company with O-Arm CT, Neuronavigation and intraoperative neuromonitorization technologies by our professor doctor.
