Additional information

Standard THR - we use the latest technologies and methods available on the market. We apply Dual Mobility System implants (Trinity, Polarcup) as prosthetic head. This system provides an additional bearing surface compared to a traditional implant and minimizes intraprosthetic dislocation. With the dual mobility hip, a large polyethylene plastic head is fitted inside a polished metal hip socket component, and an additional smaller metal or ceramic head is snap-fit within the polyethylene head. As regards the stem, we customarily use MiniHip™ which is bone conserving implant. Its shape provides a natural fit inside the femur and a better distribution of the load compared with conventional femoral stems. This improves options for patients who may need further treatment in the future. Our largest suppliers (but not the only ones) are Smith & Nephew, Zimmer Biomet, Stryker, DePuy (Johnson & Johnson) and LINK.

I was very nervous to have the surgery as I was a stranger to Poland. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and the surgeon, Doctor Babiak was amazing. Not only a terrific surgeon but also very caring and visited me every day after the surgery to help me through the difficult time helping me get back on my feet. "We were very satisfied
I really liked the Clinic. We came from Belarus with a child for a consultation with Dr. Zdanovich. The organization of the trip from the very beginning was under the supervision of Bookimed. The clinic was met by the coordinator Danuta, who helped with the paperwork at the registration desk, accompanied the doctor and helped with translation. Boules for consultation in the Klіnіtsі. Everything went good. On vіzit before Lіkarya got exactly on the appointed time. There were no problems. We have been assigned an additional obligation, who passed in the same day. I think that the consultation was canceled. Dyakuyu for the organization of our vizitu.
