Program Details:

Retreat Instructors:
The retreat is led by experienced instructors including Britta Steiger, a certified yoga and meditation teacher with 27 years of personal practice and 12 years of professional experience. Britta is a 500H Yoga Alliance verified teacher with additional certifications in Pregnancy Yoga and health insurance-approved prevention classes.
Accommodation & Food:
Stay in simple, cozy, and comfortable single or double rooms, with options for private or shared bathrooms. Enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace room and stunning views of the Buchkopf tower. The retreat offers full board including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks such as water and tea. The meals are vegetarian and can be adapted to vegan, gluten-free, organic, lactose-free, yogic, or Ayurvedic dietary requirements.
