Different activities throughout the week (Mon - Sat). 11 am: Yoga (Approx. 1.5 hours): Explore various yoga styles such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, designed to rejuvenate your body and mind (Mon - Fri). 2:30 or 4/5 pm: Strength & Conditioning (1 hour): Enhance your physical fitness with focused training sessions (Mon - Fri).

Meet our fitness coach, Netta, whose passion for fitness, deep health, and helping others is truly inspiring. Netta's journey into fitness began at age 7 when she started playing football, and her love for staying active has only grown since. Throughout her life, she has explored a variety of sports, including pole sport, CrossFit, and martial arts. In her teens, she discovered a love for strength training that has remained a cornerstone of her routine. Eventually, Netta competed in bodybuilding, where she learned the life-changing impact of dedicated training, nutrition, and mindset. However, this experience also highlighted the detrimental effects of extreme fitness approaches. Today, Netta's interests have expanded to include calisthenics and handstands, continuously challenging herself and her clients with new forms of movement. As a coach, she leverages her extensive knowledge and compassion to help others achieve their fitness goals sustainably. She emphasizes lifelong habits that promote health and wellbeing, empowering individuals to celebrate their unique abilities and bodies. Netta is a certified personal trainer, women's coaching specialist, movement and mobility coach, and nutrition coach. She offers private sessions at the resort, and personalized 1:1 online coaching and training plans to support your fitness journey beyond the retreat.
