I am truly grateful to have found this special place
I have just returned from a 3 day visit to MasQi and I am already planning my next visit! As a solo traveller on this occasion, I was a bit uncertain, however it was a fantastic experience. The other guests included other solo travellers, a couple and a group of friends.
The location is stunning and incredibly peaceful. The facilities are superb and the Energy House itself is a very special and beautiful place. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, but it is the standard of activities, yoga, meditation and treatments that truly impressed me. The quality of the food was possibly the best that I have experienced in any holiday-it has opened my eyes to the deliciousness of vegan and macrobiotic food.
I hope to return for a longer visit later in the year and I am truly grateful to have found this special place.

From the moment you put your first foot at MasQi you instantly feel good. The energy in the whole place can be felt everywhere.
The staff are lovely, they all go out of their way to make you feel the most relaxed you can be, the food looks amazing, taste amazing and it is good for you.
The rooms are stylist, cosy and cared for even the smallest detail.
Sonia, the owner of the hotel is one the loveliest ladies I have met. She makes sure everyone in the hotel, including the staff, have all their needs met.

Just finished another fantastic retreat at MASQi. Once again, Sonia and her staff were hugely attentive, happily rearranging times of meals, location etc to suit the retreat run by Esme Lopez. The peace and quiet is just so relaxing with stunning views all round. The rooms are all uniquely decorated and the beds very comfortable. And I particularly enjoyed the food this year - cannot wait for the recipe book to be finished! Already booked to come back next year!!
Just incredible. The quality and taste of the macrobiotic food is first class, the knowledge and experience of the staff is to the highest level, from the restaurant staff to the Chinese Doctor Therapist. Can’t wait to return
