From the moment we met the coordinator to the last visit to the clinic, all the steps came without any obstacles or disappointments. The coordinator Vera is a wonderful, responsive person, never left without attention, was in touch in case of any need. The visit and acquaintance with the doctor, Vera was organised taking into account all our wishes. We had an interpreter waiting for us at the clinic - Alona. She accompanied us at every visit to the clinic, so there were no problems with communication. We had the opportunity to ask her for help at any time. The clinic staff is generally pleasant and smiling. Alicia Gajevska-Kuharek is a doctor who knows what she is doing, is open to dialogue, answers all our questions and is completely trustworthy. In general, all stages of the protocol were organised in a timely manner, quickly, all information was available and most importantly, all our questions were answered. All expectations were more than met.

Good organisation...They also speak English and there is a Russian-speaking interpreter..... The appointments are quick... All questions are answered and solved..... The clinic is very cosy and new...The staff is competent, helpful and kind.... The clinic is in the beautiful city of Krakow...and the prices are affordable

У меня сложилось очень хорошее впечатление после первой поездки в клинику. Выбор на клинику пал из- за хорошей диагностики, предложенного врача и в целом отношения во время подготовки к поездке. Понравилось, что есть куратор который все время на связи и организовывает необходимые анализы, отвечает на вопросы, говорит на русском. У меня -Яна, она все организовала быстро, эффективно и видно, что ей не все равно. В клинике очень хорошая диагностика. Мне очень понравился врач- доктор Мерчик. Очень конкретный, знающий, с большим опытом. Сказал, что любая программа будет строиться индивидуально после анализа моих результатов, но в процессе можно будет внести изменения. Видно, что Клиника не боится испортить статистику и брать сложных пациентов как я. У меня очень низкий запас яйцеклеток. Сейчас жду второй поездки и надеюсь на беременность.

Hello! My name is Alla and I was treated at the Glincentrum clinic in Poland, the city of Katowice. Today I carry the long-awaited happiness! We are 13.5 weeks old. My husband and I are very happy and hope that everything will continue to be just wonderful! We would like to sincerely thank the staff of the clinic, all the doctors who helped us get closer to our dream, thank you! In the clinic, all the staff are friendly and attentive, even knowing the language poorly (after all, we are foreigners), everyone tried to understand and listen to us.
