The surgeon dr ozturk was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and inspired confidence immediately
My biggest worry was what recovery would feel like this time, especially after having my old implants for well over ten years. It turned out to be about the same as my first surgery. The surgeon dr ozturk was fantastic, friendly, knowledgable and inspired confidence immediately performing a position adjustment and implant replacement, though it's still hard to compare the final result as surgery was only 5 days ago. The hospital facility was clean and private room was great. My main issue was with the general staff support, which could have been more attentive, having said that whenever I called they attended immediately and were kind. Despite that, the medical care itself was solid, and I'm satisfied with the outcome.

My main concern before starting treatment was how my body would react to the drug. I’m undergoing a course of Keytruda immunotherapy for kidney cancer, receiving an infusion every three weeks. Yes, I have experienced some side effects. These are mainly digestive issues, and I feel a little more tired. Of course, I am still concerned that these might get worse over time. But I must say that the doctor and all the staff have been very attentive and professional, which gives me confidence that I made the right choice of clinic and treatment process.

I’m very grateful
My biggest worry was that my nose would look unnatural and that the result wouldn’t live up to my expectations. Now, even though I’m still recovering, I can see that I was worrying for nothing. They removed a small bump, and the bridge of my nose is straighter, just as I’d hoped. I’d also like to mention that the tip of my nose now looks more refined. My breathing has improved too. I think ultrasonic piezorhinoplasty was the right choice. The whole team, from the staff to the surgeon, were very attentive and professional, which helped me feel at ease. I’m very grateful.

I only had a 3-day stay in Istanbul after a long 9.5 hrs flight from Canada, initially I had an appointment arranged with another clinic that I honestly did not feel comfortable moving forward with. At that point, the situation became very stressful because of the limited time I had available and the fear of wasting the entire trip without receiving the treatment I urgently needed.
This is where Winnington went far above and beyond.
Understanding the urgency and pressure I was under, he acted incredibly fast and managed to arrange a new appointment for me with Memorial Hospital on extremely short notice. Thanks entirely to his efforts, coordination, and persistence, I was able to secure an appointment almost immediately despite the tight timeline.
That single action completely changed the outcome of my trip.
The experience at Memorial Hospital was outstanding from start to finish, I left extremely satisfied with both the care and the results.
Throughout the entire process, Winnington stayed in constant communication, followed up regularly, helped clarify pricing and logistics, handled concerns professionally, and genuinely made me feel supported during a very stressful moment.

The quality of the hospital service is second to none, with well-organised, highly competent services that are always available to patients.
Whether it's the doctors, nurses or reception staff, many other hospitals should take inspiration from the Turkish hospital model.
The hospitals are like luxury hotels, you feel good, you are looked after and followed throughout your stay.
Finally, the money I spent there was really justified.
Thank you to everyone who looked after me during my 14-day stay.
Of course I recommend Istanbul Memorial Hospital.
