The clinic is clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Dr. Lovetinskaya is a professional in his field. She took into account all the wishes, explained everything in detail, did not even have questions. I was very worried about how the communication would go, because I don’t know Czech well, but in vain. Both translators and staff who know Russian work here. Great medical team, I cannot thank each of the nurses enough! And my Dr, Dr Lovetinska had great bedside manners and comforted me about the procedure prior and what I was seeing as results after, explaining all that was done in the operating room. I am still healing as it has only been 10 days post-op, but wow. The results so far are amazing. I can't wait until my 3 month mark to see how everything has settled!
