Special thanks to Christina, my medical coordinator from Bookimed platform. She was there for me from the very beginning: she answered all my questions, supported me, explained everything as clearly and kindly as possible. Thanks to her, the whole process of organisation went smoothly and calmly. I felt that I could rely on her completely, which is invaluable!
I would also like to thank Bibi, the interpreter at the clinic in Istanbul. She met me, helped me to orientate myself, was there for me the whole day of the operation and took care of me like a family member. She made me feel confident and relaxed.
