This was my first and unfortunately very disappointing visit. I arrived on time but I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes which I didn’t mind. I came for eyebrow shaping and clearly stated that I wanted to keep my brows thick and natural, and that I did not want them thinned out. Despite this, they were made thinner against my wishes.
THE PROCEDURE WAS RUSHED ONLY TO AVOID DELAYING THE NEXT CLIENTS. As a result, the skin above my eyebrows was “irritated and even bleeding”, because the hairs were pulled out so quickly that pieces of skin were also torn. During the treatment, the beautician left the room several times to open the door for other customers.
At the time I couldn’t react.. paid, and left. Only when I got home did I realize how badly my brows were done and how much damage was caused to my skin.
❌ I was treated unprofessionally and without respect. I feel wronged and I absolutely do not recommend this place.
