Hello Armando, Thank you for your review. We care about the negative and positive feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service provided. You decided to visit our clinic after thorough research, even a video call with Dr. Mert was arranged to decide on your treatment and to get further information before your visit. Your first visit was on May 2021, with your consent and approval you had implants fitted for the both jaw and had sinus lifting procedure as well. 5-6 months later, you visited our clinic for the 2nd Stage of your treatment and had your zirconium crowns fitted. During your visit, as one of your implants failed we renewed your crowns/prosthesis under guarantee as a kind gesture. Your accommodation and flight expenses were covered to a certain extent. Later you decided to have 2 more implants and upon your consent the treatment was conducted accordingly. We also informed you that for your case metal based porcelain crowns are more appropiate but you insisted on having zirconium crowns. We even offered and agreed on paying back the price gap between zirconium crowns and metal crowns. 4-6 months later you were supposed to visit for your crowns over implants and again, stated some complaints regarding your prosthesis. For the second time, we agreed upon renewing your prosthesis under guarantee terms and conditions once again as we cared for your satisfaction. Your accommodation at the contracted hotel up to 4 days in a single room was covered by us and your flight expenses up to €250 was reimbursed to you upon your arrival. On each visit you were provided with transfers to and from hotel and clinic, and had airport welcoming as well when requested. All of the rectifications mentioned were covered under guarantee terms and conditions each time including hotel and flight expenses. Patient managers, dentists, assistans and our Support Team always treated you with respect and care. Now, we would like to answer your comment about crowns turning yellow. All of the crowns/veneers produced at our lab are porcelain based and they are of high quality. This means that they cannot turn yellow or cannot get stained. Furthermore as crowns are covered with non-porous glaze before the fitting, it is almost impossible for the crowns to change colour. On each visit, all of the crowns you had was porcelain based. Also we would like to add that during and before your final visit you mentioned that you want your crowns one shade darker –because you stated that they are too white-, therefore we are confused by your statement claiming they turned yellow and it is misleading. Our expert dentist took care of your case individually and specifically to help you have the teeth you dream of. Our dentist and our team listened, cared and respected your opinions and requests and made sure that all of them are maintained. We acted modestly each time we welcomed you. We are treating each patient with a professional manner, your comments are defaming and misleading our clinic with false accusations.
