Everything was super, professional doctors and the staff in general are very friendly and caring. My experience was amazing. Dr Mustafa was incredible and made me feel completely at ease, and the nurses were so kind and caring throughout the whole process. My medical coordinator, Lara, was absolutely amazing and supported me every step of the way. The surgery has come out perfectly, exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my results. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience
I decided to get a hair transplant after doing some research and chose Dr. Hakan Ikizoglu through Bookimed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience.
Dr. Hakan Ikizoglu was excellent, very professional, charismatic, and supportive throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and personally handled the key parts of the procedure. The operation was smooth and almost painless, with a well-organized and experienced team.
The support staff was also great. Transfer, translation, and overall coordination were handled perfectly, making everything stress-free.
I would definitely recommend it.
What I liked the most was the doctor’s professionalism and support, as well as how smooth and well-organized the whole process was.
There was nothing I didn’t like, except the normal post-procedure discomfort, which is expected.
