The Doctor’s Equipe Microfat Clinical Center in Milan is the Training Center for the regenerative medicine and the unique Microfat and the Nanofat procedures.

The founder of Doctor’s Equipe is Mario Goisis. Dr. Goisis is the inventor of the Microfat procedure. Dr. Mario Goisis is a medical surgeon and the scientific director of the Clinic.

All clinics have accreditation and an authorization from the local health authorities.

Doctor's Equipe guarantees the traceability of all the materials used, which are among the best on the market. Each package of substance used is filed, to keep the code, production date and expiry date of each product injected.

The Microfat and Nanograft procedures consists of 3 main steps:

1. Fat harvesting
2. Fat processing
3. Fat injection

Fat harvesting

Fat harvesting is a procedure of obtaining adipose tissue through the use of patented Goisis micro-cannula. It has a small diameter (2mm). The main advantages:

• the faster treatment process;
• reduced trauma and discomfort;
• reduced the risk of skin irregularities;
• minimal risk of vascular injury.

Fat processing (preparation)

The aim of the Graft processing is to remove contaminants and water, avoiding the contact with air (oxidizing).

Microfat Injection

Goisis system has small harvesting cannula, and the microfat has a very low viscosity. The injection is performed with little 22 Gauge cannula. It makes it simple to inject fat into the muscular plane.

The use of small cannula creates less edema, pain, and bruising.

The Goisis system is based on 4 patents. The European evaluation confirmed novelty, inventive steps and industrial applicability of the method.
