They assume no responsibility for errors or serious problems after transplant. probable recourse to a lawyer On January 13th, I sent an email with photos and contact information but received no response. Frankly, I feel like I’m being taken for a fool for the second time. From Lecce, Italy Transplant in november 2022. The transplant was carried out with superficiality and lack of professionalism. I had requested a thickening of the temples, but two years later, I find myself with insufficient density in the temple areas and a donor area that is practically devastated and devoid of density. I have suffered double damage, and another transplant will be necessary in a different clinic, hoping to correct the result. The staff is young and inexperienced, not up to the task. The surgeon does not actively participate in the procedure, only making a brief appearance. Total disappointment: the problem was not only unresolved but worsened.

Great experience A to Z, the doctor and the technicians did a great job. But of course none of the experience would this great with Nermine, she did a great job explaining all the procedure, starting the booking of the hair transplant, up to this moment. As someone who isn't that brave, I thank God that Nermine was there to make it easier for me to go through the whole experience. She is always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have regarding my hair transplant, and I cannot thank her and the team enough!

I highly recommend AKL Poliklinik to anyone who is thinking about Hair transplant. In my Opinion they have been the one of the best professional I have ever dealt with . The Dr. Hasan is very experienced. The whole team working at AKL are very professional & Experienced.I did my hair transplant in Nov 2022 and now after 6 months I am very happy with the results so far. Before Hair Transplant : I was professional dealt by Kamil & Lokman , who shared all the details regarding the hair transplant and prices etc and answered all my questions. Lokman helped with all the accommodation and support during my stay in Istanbul ( highly recommend Lokman).Also was assisted during first day by Sena , who explained the transplant process and steps. During the hair transplant : I must say the team was very nice , focused & professional . Result: its still early to say but I am pleased with the results so far , there has been great growth and a wonderful hairline .
