Extended stays are always available when medically necessary or by patient request, but they may carry an additional cost, which is always communicated transparently. Drain Care: We understand how sensitive post-operative care is, and our team strives to provide guidance and hands-on support. Our coordinators and translators were available for assistance, and your care instructions were provided accordingly. We regret if there were moments where you felt left alone. Return Flight and Transfer: The original travel date was coordinated based on standard recovery timelines. However, due to the dynamic nature of recovery, sometimes adjustments are needed. We acknowledge there was a miscommunication regarding your return transfer and deeply regret the inconvenience caused. The situation has already been reported to our management and is under review for reimbursement. We kindly ask for your continued patience.
