I would like to thank Factor Smile clinic from the bottom of my heart, and especially the specialists who made my smile exactly the way I wanted.
A special thank you to the dentist-orthopedist Maxim Makienko — a true professional of the highest class.
My situation was not simple. I needed to place a veneer on one front tooth that had darkened due to an injury. But, as I understand now, making a single veneer on a front tooth next to a natural neighboring tooth is an extremely difficult task. You have to match not only the shape perfectly, but also the shade, translucency, and the character of the tooth, so that the artificial restoration looks naturally next to a real tooth. There were several try-ins. Each time, Dr. Maxim carefully assessed the color, made the necessary adjustments, and took photos both with professional equipment and additionally on his phone so the lab would have the most accurate understanding of what needed to be achieved. And in the end, something almost impossible happened — the veneer blended in so naturally next to my natural tooth that I still can’t stop being amazed by the result!
I also want to say something about the doctor himself. Maxim is very restrained, calm, attentive, and responsible. He always speaks to the point, answers any questions in detail, and with incredible patience he deals with all my requests — even the most numerous and, I think, sometimes unthinkable ones. For me, that means a lot. I could feel that he genuinely cared not just about doing the work, but about achieving the highest-quality and most aesthetic result!
Another huge thank you to the dentist-orthodontist Sofia Nadzh, who recommended that I put braces on for a while, because with age teeth have a tendency to crowd a little, and to place the veneer perfectly it was necessary to slightly change their position. And I was simply amazed by the result of her work! I wore braces for a very short time, but in that time Sofia did a great job aligning and redistributing the teeth, preparing them exactly as needed for the orthopedist’s further work. Everything turned out very neat and ideal for my situation. Dr. Sofia is attentive, careful, kind, and a true professional in her field.
And, finally, a big thank you to my coordinator Alesa, who accompanied me from the very beginning of the process. Alesa connected the specialists with each other and tried to organize my visits as conveniently as possible, scheduling appointments in a way that, if possible, allowed me to combine visits so I wouldn’t have to come to the clinic many times.
In addition, Alesa was also very attentive to the financial side of the question. When during the process it became clear that to achieve the desired result I would need not only a veneer, but also preliminary orthodontic treatment, and my expenses naturally increased, she tried to find the most comfortable option for me, coordinating all possible discounts. From Alesa, I felt not just organizational help, but genuine support.
And, of course, I want to thank the receptionist Anastasia for always providing the fastest feedback, care, and a friendly smile at every meeting, which is what makes the first impression of the clinic so pleasant.
