I underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Garry Ross in 2019 and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The outcome is exceptionally natural — so much so that no one even noticed I had surgery. When I look back at my old photos, I can clearly see that the bumps on my nose are completely gone and done perfectly. The procedure was performed using the closed technique, so there are no visible scars at all. I highly recommend Dr. Ross for his professionalism, skill, and the outstanding care provided by both him and his team. Thank you once again for such a positive experience.

If you want the best Dr Ross is extensively qualified and has a lot of experience. He was able to talk me through my options and my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the end results, it’s more than I thought I could achieve and I feel like a new person. Dr. Ross has a fantastic team that make you feel that you’re on an all inclusive vacation instead of in hospital. They’ve been friendly and supportive and on hand 24/7 by phone and email. Everyone I’ve seen has commented on the neatness of the surgery and the amazing results. Many are considering the same for themselves or their partners they all want to see Dr. Ross now too. I had breast reduction surgery 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had been considering the surgery for many years and after lots of research it seemed Mr. Ross was the obvious choice. Throughout the whole experience Mr. Ross and his team were open and honest with me about my expectations and kept me informed about post surgery and management after leaving hospital. I always felt safe and well cared for during my surgery and recovery period. I'm now not required to go back to Mr. Ross for 6 months but he assured me if I have any concerns to contact them straight away. I'm exceptionally happy with the outcome of the surgery and can't thank the team enough. Mr. Ross is certainly a very skilled surgeon, I would highly recommend.

Dr Ross made me feel very comfortable right from the first consultation I had right through to the last. I was made aware of what could happen and shown many examples of what I could expect from the surgery. The results I have were even better than I could have imagined! While staying at the BMI the whole team were so lovely and also helped make me feel very comfortable. The room and food was amazing. I knew that after I left if there was any issues the team was just a call/email away. Couldn't recommend Dr Ross more

I recently visited Gary Ross after a procedure was carried out by another surgeon on my shoulder. When the dressings were removed I was shocked to see the stitching and scarring. I had a consultation with Gary Ross two weeks after my procedure was carried out. I was very distressed when I made the appointment and his team managed to fit me in the very next day with an appointment. On meeting with Gary Ross he listened tentatively to my concerns and then took some photographs of my wound. He then started to explain the procedure that I had had done in far more detail than my surgeon had done prior or post operation and stated that in his opinion (although it was not what I thought at the time) the surgeon had in fact done a good job! Gary Ross made me feel so at ease and explained how the surgery would have been carried out, why the stitching had formed a raised scar and the healing process (in great detail) that would now commence. He showed me photographs of various scars and explained how the skin and the internal stitching would mend. In his opinion he felt that my wound would heal efficiently on its own and there would not be any need of his services as he felt that plastic surgery would not be needed after allowing sufficient healing time. I left my consultation calm, relaxed, feeling very positive and very informed as opposed to when I had arrived feeling extremely anxious, upset and dare I say probably a little angry at the surgeon who had carried out my operation. Gary Ross has a great team of people who were brilliant and treated me with great care and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend this surgeon who gave me the best possible advice knowing that his services would not be required. Brilliant!
