No wonder why everyone says Hirslanden is like a hotel. I had the most magical deliver, without epidural - by mistake with Frau Vinante and midwife Gina, who showed unconditional support & professionalism. Also, the nurses ( Barbara, Cynthia, etc) were very caring + got great pieces of advice from Franziska the breastfeeding consultant.
The food is great, providing the nutrients you need after such a demanding process + sparkling clean conditions.

Ich wurde durch Dr. Prof. Schöb operiert, er ist ein super Prof, die Op ist gut gegangen und ich hatte nachher nie grosse Schmerzen. Er hat tolle Arbeit geleistet. Die Pflege auf der Station W1 wahr sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit Hilfsbereit. Das Thema mit den Versicherungs stadien Allgemein, Halbprivat ist spürbahr. Ich selber ging zum ersten mal Allgemein, in meinem Fall war alles Top (essen, behandlung...)Aber meine Bettnachberin konnte das Bett nicht verlassen und verlangte durch die Hotellerie eine Zeitung ans Bett, die Antwort wahr erschrecken, "Sorry sie sind Allgemein versichert, sie müsse ihre Zeitung selber hohlen"Bitte behandeln sie die Allgemeinen auch wie die Anderen, denn auch diese Menschen mit wehniger Geld haben ein Recht auf Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden!!!

My personal experience today 03/05/2021. An appointment for Gastroenterology at 09:00. We arrived at 8:45 a.m., upon entering a very nice guy offered us a new mask and guided us where to go. At the reception there were 3 workers, we were immediately attended by a very attentive girl who guided us where to go. We arrived at the consultation and at the reception everything was fast, the girl explained to us that there could be no companions due to the small size of the place and the need to comply with the measures, we understood perfectly and left our number so that she would call us if necessary. I went to the main reception and there they invited me to wait seated. The living room very comfortable, newspapers available. I expected the test to take 2 hours but at 20 minutes, they had already finished, we left with a good diagnosis and a referral to another consultation. Everything was according to their high standards. I am not rich, we have general insurance and I did not feel excluded at any time. I think we all get what we deserve. Thank you very much for being so professional.

Money First !Incredibly this supposed 5 stars Clinic the staff at the reception in Radiology doesn’t speak English!! Are we lacking English speaking staff in Switzerland? Or are they looking for the cheapest staff in this clinic, just to stress that for invoicing they really good I paid almost 50’000 CHF, I think I deserve an English speaking person at the reception!!!!Very disappointed

Ich war heute im Notfall wegen verdacht auf Herzprobleme. Ich bin begeistert welche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz mir widerfahren ist. Die Ärztinnen und der Pfleger alle sehr Freundlich. Da ist man wirklich froh eine solche Klinik in der Nähe zu haben. Bravo macht weiter so.

Sehr gute Betreuung vom ersten Besuch bei meinem super Arzt Dr. Martin Bürgi mit der freundlichen Sekretärin, bis hin zum Anästhesiearzt Dr. Tschan mit dem tollen OP Team ❤🙏 Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Super Pflegepersonal, welches mich in meinen Anliegen kompetent betreut hat. Freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Empfang, Röntgen und Anästhesiegespräch. Ich musste nie lange warten. Vielen Dank ❤
