VERGONZOSO EL ABANDONO COMO PACIENTE Y LA FALTA DE HUMANIDAD QUE HE VIVIDO POR PARTE DE LA DIRECCIÓN DEL HOSPITAL HM DE VALLE SÚCHIL acudi ayer día 27 de marzo al hospital de Madrid Plaza Conde Valle Suchil de urgencias. Tras hacerme pruebas el diagnóstico es neumonía por coronavirus. Me mandan antibiótico y Dolquine que es el medicamento con el que se está tratando ese virus. Voy con la receta a la farmacia y tienen prohibido suministrarlo por coronavirus y es el hospital el que debe facilitarlo. Efectivamente me reconoce el hospital que así es y así lo están haciendo en la sanidad pública y que, a pesar de pertenecer a MUGEJU y no tener por tanto otra asistencia sanitaria, ellos no me lo dan porque son las órdenes que tienen con lo que me han dejado totalmente desasistida sanitariamente.

Stay away if possible. They are a private clinic, and only looking to drive up your bill. While there, I called home to my normal doctor and they said all of the tests being ran were completely unnecessary

We came to this private hospital after a negative experience at another facility where we didn’t receive proper help.
Here, we were seen by a doctor in less than 20 minutes. The staff and receptionist were professional, kind, and patient. They quickly did a neck scan and checked the ankle injury.
They were also very helpful to non-Spanish speakers, which made the whole process easier. We really appreciate their care and highly recommend this hospital.

Por mi reciente experiencia junto con la de mi esposa con el Covid 19 tengo que manifestar la profesionalidad y el afecto con que fuimos tratados desde el mismo momento de entrar a urgencias hasta ser dados de alta y las posteriores pruebas a las que hemos sido sometidos para comprobar si estaba todo correcto. !! Es un hospital masificado el de Sanchinarro. Hoy he estado toda la mañana tratando de hablar con el CIOC Y NO LO HE CONSEGUIDO, en una de las llamadas he estado 31 minutos de espera y al final he colgado sin poder hablar con nadie, el tema era urgente pues el lunes tenía sesión de quimio y quería hablar con el Dr. Cubillo para que me indicara si era conveniente dada la masificación del Hospital de día y las pocas condiciones higiénicas respecto del coronavirus. He anulado la cita vía on lime y buscaré otro hospital para seguir mi quimio
