My overall experience was wonderful easy and carefree,
Dr. Phatcharasak Kraisorphongsakul and his nurses and team are helpful respectful and kind in future I will definitely return if I decide to undergo future procedures.I highly recommend IDCLINIC it can be scary traveling to a different country for sugary I’ve also traveled to turkey I recommend Thailand above this the cleanliness and the standard is high at IDCLINIC and they take pride in what they do,you feel like the most important patient in a clinic full of patients because this is how they naturally are.
very professional and attentive to each individual patient and their personal needs.i will be recommending any of my loved ones and friends that are contemplating sugary over seas to Thailand at IDCLINIC.

I want to say a massive thank you to Queen my medical coordinator who help me to the entire process until the surgery day, also ID Clinic to Dr. Phatcharasak, and Mai, the entire staff from the nurses, front desk to the specialists worked together seamlessly to coordinate my surgery and care. Outstanding service, support, surgeon and medical staff. I was nervous about my surgery but all of the staff were so professional, supportive and friendly. I highly recommend I’d clinic and will be going back for more surgery.

But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️
Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏

I'm very impressed with the outcome
I'm very impressed with the outcome. Bookimed assistant was helpful and arrange a virtual consultation with the consultant. While English was not his strong fort, his expertise made up for it. The staff, especially Margi was extremely valuable as she speaks fluently English. Her knowledge and expertise was well appreciated as well as her care and attentiveness. The staff was nice. I did rhinoplasty and liposuction and I'll very impressed with the outcome. Post op care was provided. The nose did not hurt post op in comparison with the liposuction, which was quite uncomfortable. Not painful, numb and tender I suppose. As to the cost, it's fairly competitive.

More English speakers would have been nice.
