I think the team was great. Everyone was kind. Dr Ilker was very nice and personable and I felt he came across as honest and trustworthy.

I like my results though their is still some recovery time
I think the organisation was improvable. Unfortunately I got all the infos very late and I had to reach out to my medical assistance. Besides communication should improve between the doctor and the medical assistance/driver. There was always a waiting time because of lack of communication. For example the appointments for the follow up, the driver appointment should be made as soon as possible. I always had to ask the assistance to make it for me.
