We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. Our manager Aleksey Karaganov was always in touch and helped with all issues (visas, booking, medical and legal issues). The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there. Our attending physicians were delighted with the results of the most complicated heart surgery, the Ross operation. We had an online consultation with Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis, through a female translator. The translator translated everything word for word, there were no barriers in communicating with the doctor. Before the consultation, a CT scan and ultrasound were sent to the clinic in advance. After studying the materials, Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis explained everything clearly and in detail. He told me how to live further, what to do... My only regret is that I did not go to this clinic earlier. It was full of information consultation and Dr Francesco Maisano was very generous in providing us with multiple solutions for my father's case with mentioning the best solution among them and why it was the best solution. One issue was that the bookimed was helpful, very fast in replying but the files I sent to them to share it with Dr Francesco Maisano, they didn't share it all, but it was fixed shortly. The person who was given the appointment was given the wrong one and I traveled 5 hours because of this mistake and paid 157 euros and I was not examined medically because the appointment was given the wrong one and they told me that I should have 5 more days to request a refund I actually made the request and I haven't received the money back yet. It was a very bad experience and I hope it doesn't happen again.

Unfortunately, I did not like anything. They were negligent in everything. They did not have time to inquire. They talked to you with an upset face

My appointment was not scheduled correctly because of the person I made the appointment with.
