Beautiful facility with first class service! The Doctor and clinical staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They explained every detail of the process! They brought us lunch and the rooms were on point!!!! Highly recommended!!!

My husband has had rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 5 and the past 3 years he had tried several biologicals that didn’t work. 7 months ago the chronic pain became unbearable and we started looking in stem cell therapy. After months of research we decided to make our way to Giostar in Playa del Carmen on a leap of faith! Not knowing what to expect we were blown away with the care he received there. Once we arrived at Giostar our worries were eliminated! Dr. Cristina was a God send. While she couldn’t promise a miracle she told Rick she would do every thing in her power to help him. The staff was unbelievable. Edmund greeted us everyday with a smile on his face and asked if we wanted anything to eat or drink making us feel at home. It was great talking to him while my husband was busy. Ruby our nutritionist was very knowledgeable and luckily we had been following the Mediterranean diet for some time and answered so many questions about supplements and such to be taken. Our driver for most of the time, Alfredo was with us the whole week. We dearly enjoyed his company everyday and looked forward to seeing him. He really helped us through some difficult and happy times! He is literally one of the kindest men we have ever met in our lives and he will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We did receive a miracle here. My husband after 2 months has gone from a pain level of 11 to having normal aches after his physical therapy sessions. We have been taking long hikes together which would have never happened before this trip to Mexico! We look forward to helping others get the care they need here! Truly a time in our lives we will Never forget and we are internally grateful to have our lives back! Thank you so much!

We researched a few places to get Stem Cell treatments for our Autistic grandson, so glad we choose this one !!! From the transportation from the airport and rides to and from his treatments everything has been 10 * we did 2 treatment with a 3 day break and what an amazing experience it's been! Giostar is top notch, clean, friendly, we had a dietician call and email us a meal plan and will follow us for 9 months ! Once we see his results we would definitely come back ❤️

We travelled to Playa Del Carmen last week and I received Stem Cell Therapy for both shoulders. The clinic is "state of the art" and the staff were very professional. The first day I had blood work taken and had oxygen administered as well as IV infusion of vitamins.
The next day I received the stem cell infusion via IV as well as injections in each of my shoulders which was basically painless,
I now must wait two to three months to see the results of the procedure.
Special thanks to Dr Cristina Santana, Medical Director and Dr Karla Talvera who is the resident surgeon.
Can't recommend this enough!

What a great experience! From the start everyone took such great care of me. Always starts with the wonderful drivers getting me to and from my days. Then upon arrival calming my nerves, finding my baby veins on the first try and explaining every step as we went. Couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals.
