They cancelled on me last minute multiple times, by text message. Then had to wait forever in a phone queue, only to be told there is no availability, you have to wait another 2-3 months for the next appointment. Which is then cancelled same day… very poor.

It was nice experience to have general checking with Doctor Usman Azhar,she explained everything clearly to me and my son,all the staffs were nice and polite,the other good thing is I can book the appointment on the internet easily.

Receptionist was rude,i only asked if they were taking nhs patients at the moment and she went,”no only private patients”,so i then said do you know when you’ll be having any nhs patients again?,she went,”i don’t know” and put the phone down on me,so rude,i could rate 0 i would,awful,i don’t know how they get their jobs! Will not recommend this dentist to anyone!
