Treatment Protocol
Patients receive 2-3 doses of stem cells during their stay. The cells are administered through three methods: intrathecal injection into the spinal canal, intravenous infusion, and intramuscular injection. Exosomes are given through an inhaler.
The complete treatment requires 15 days in Istanbul. Patients can choose a continuous 15-day stay or split the visit into two trips. The second option allows patients to return home between doses and come back after 15 days.
Six sessions of rectal ozone therapy support the stem cell treatment. This complementary therapy runs alongside the main protocol.
Pre-Treatment Requirements
All patients must stop blood-thinning medications 4 days before arrival. A chest disease specialist examines each patient first. COVID-19 screening with PCR and antibody tests costs $80 USD.
The clinic may recommend additional tests like MRI, CT, EEG, or genetic studies. These costs are separate from the treatment package.
Important Considerations
The clinic clearly states there is no guarantee of 100% benefit from stem cell therapy. Results vary significantly between patients. Prof. Dr. Karaöz notes that outcomes are highly individual.
The $20,000 EUR package includes stem cells, exosomes, and ozone therapy. It does not cover complications or additional examinations. Final costs are confirmed after full evaluation at the hospital.
