I had a great experience at Lokman Hekim Hospital. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The doctors are highly skilled and take the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and well-informed. A special thanks to Dr. Bahri GÖK, who performed robotic surgery on my father. He is an exceptionally skilled doctor, very kind, and always supportive throughout the process. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Buland from the PR team. He was with us throughout our stay, making us feel at home and ensuring that everything went smoothly. About 3 weeks ago I flew (alone) to Ankara from Atlanta, GA and had a reverse shoulder replacement preformed. While the trip itself was pretty rough (never fly Pegasus airlines if you can help it), the surgery itself was a complete success. My translator, Mahnaz, was fantastic and I felt very comfortable with the care I received from the staff and I must congratulate the surgeon for a job well done. I have more feedback than I could ever fit in this space but overall I'm super confident that my recovery is going well. I would definitely recommend Lokman Hekim and would be happy to answer any questions about my experience getting to that remote part of the world. All the best / Jeff Bertram
