The clinic is clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Dr. Lovetinskaya is a professional in his field. She took into account all the wishes, explained everything in detail, did not even have questions. I was very worried about how the communication would go, because I don’t know Czech well, but in vain. Both translators and staff who know Russian work here. Therefore, I definitely recommend the clinic!

An excellent medical team, I can't thank each of the nurses enough! My doctor, Dr. Lotinskaya, had wonderful bedside manners and reassured me about the procedure before and what I saw as a result after, explaining everything that was done in the operating room. I am still recovering, as it's only been 10 days since the surgery, but wow. The results so far are amazing. I can't wait until I reach 3 months to see how everything has settled!
