Highly DISAPPOINTED with my experience with the Bryd Lipedema Surgery Center. Doctor Byrd and her co-doctor were great. It was wonderful to finally have a diagnosis and to have a plan to fix my issue. They recommended a $7000 unit that was mostly covered by insurance, but today I am still making payments on. (that is a-OK too), I bought the required compression garments, went to my PCP TWICE to have required paperwork filled out. I had completed 100% of my steps to do before scheduling. At this point the office became VERY unresponsive. Example: not ever returning phone calls, not replying to emails. Essentially ghosting me. The few times I reached them the front office gal totally lied to me. She said she called my insurance and took X, Y, Z step. Luckily I have amazing insurance and I was able to speak directly to someone there who assured me she never called. The front office gal also said because insurance won't cover them as in-network I would have to pay 100% upfront. Again, my insurance said that is not true, because the procedure was approved they would be paid it out of network costs. Which meant the procedure would only cost me $1500 out of pocket. I was willing to pay that. I am guessing the front office just wrote me off assuming I wouldn't want to move forward. Don't assume. My health is worth that small cost to me!

I have completed my surgeries with Dr Byrd. I am so very pleased. Being from Texas I researched the Lipedema professionals and stood out. They helped with securing insurance from my provider. Every surgery was a good experience. Knowing that she studied with the professionals in Germany and now dedicates her practice to those who suffer with Lipedema was the biggest consideration. Outstanding office staff always willing to help. Great facility to perform the surgeries. All this led to me getting the help I needed. Thank you Dr Byrd. I now have Byrd legs

Dr. Byrd is wonderful!!! I went in for Aqualipo 3 months ago and couldnt be happier with the results. I went down 3 pant sizes and a shirt size. Dr. Byrd and her staff are very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in there. I HIGHLY recommend her, you will not be disappointed! She truly takes her time with you, and you never feel rushed. She is very kind and concerned. She will even give you her cell phone number, which is unheard of!!! Love love love the office staff and Dr. Byrd!

Dr. Byrd and her team of professionals are the best in town! Her knowledge of aesthetics is unmatched and her artistic approach is superb. I won't go anywhere else. Thus far I have only visited Dr. Byrd for injectables but, I am considering other procedures. My satisfaction is 100%. If I lived on the other side of town I would still travel to Roswell, GA to visit Byrd Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Center.

Dr. Byrd and her team are amazing! My mom recently had surgery in her facility for Lipedema. Dr. Byrd went above and beyond to help my mother. We traveled 12 hours to have this surgery preformed and Dr. Byrd was able to help my mom and was top notch. You don't find many doctors these days that will give you their cell phone number and meet with you on a holiday weekend to look things over so you can go home early. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
