I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Alavi about three years ago and I’m still just as happy with my results today as I was the day of my surgery. I was very nervous about the process at first, worried about picking the right size, afraid they’d look too big or too small, and wanting something that would still feel natural for my active lifestyle. Dr. Alavi immediately put me at ease. He has such an incredible eye for what looks best on your frame and I fully trusted his recommendations. I’m so glad I did the results are absolutely perfect, natural, and truly fit me.
From start to finish the entire experience exceeded my expectations. This was my first surgery ever and the process was seamless. My recovery was smooth and much easier than I anticipated, thanks to the thorough pre and post operative care I received. Dr. Alavi (and the anesthesiologist as well) made sure I had everything I needed, checked in afterward, and continued to follow up to ensure my recovery was going well.
Three years later my results still look amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Having this procedure was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I highly recommend Dr. Alavi, his skill, professionalism, and care truly set him apart!

I researched many plastic surgeons for my breast reduction/lift and tummy tuck. I ended up choosing Dr. Alavi and I’m so happy I did. I really liked his before and after pictures. When meeting him I felt so comfortable – and he is quite funny! The thing that stood out to me the most and a big part of the reason I chose him was that he is there every step of the way. He is at every appointment before and after. I also found his prices to be very reasonable. One surgeon quoted me double what I ended up paying and that was only for the breast reduction. It didn’t even include the tummy tuck. The surgery went great and Dr. Alavi reached out to me personally to see how I was recovering. He continually assured me if I had any concerns at all to schedule an extra appointment. He was very diligent about follow up appointments. The moment I showed any extra redness around the incisions he prescribed me anti-biotics and had me come back a week later. As far as the results, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! I truly feel so amazing. I’m so much more confident now and I feel sexy for the first time in a long time. If you could see my beaming smile and the way I carry myself it’s like I’m a different person. I love my boobs! They’re the perfect size and finally back up where they’re supposed to be. I love the shape. I love my new perfectly sized nipples (which didn’t lose any sensation). I love the placement. And I love my stomach! I’ve gotten complements on my belly button by friends and even my spray tan ladies, who have seen a lot of mangled belly buttons. My scars are healing beautifully. I have no “dog ears” either. I’m so happy I had the surgery and I’m so happy I went with Dr. Alavi. If I ever decide to have any more cosmetic procedures done I will definitely go with Dr. Alavi. I’m a patient for life now.
