Suite au conseil de son médecin traitant et en accord avec notre assureur maladie mon père s'est dirigé vers cette clinique Hirslanden à Zurich. Les médecins étaient vraiment compétents à l'écoute et très empathiques, merci messieurs ! Les infirmières dans l'ensemble ça allait mais sans plus. Par contre mon père qui était admis au service d'oncologie pour une durée d'un mois à vus son espérance de vis diminuée à cause du comportement du personnel administratif ! Pour ces personnes c'est ( Money First the rest Can Wait) ce qu'a dit l'une d'entre elles devant mon père ma mère et moi durant l'admission! C'est dégoûtant comment une clinique dite réputée peu engagée du personnel administratif aussi incompétent et mauvais? Je ne comprends pas! Je vois que je ne suis malheureusement pas le seul à trouver que l'administration de cette clinique privée soit médiocre. Ces personnes non rien à faire dans un établissement médical qui soi publique ou privée !

Wegen sehr starken Schmerzen im unteren Bauchbereich, nachdem sie eine Darmoperation hatte, war eine Verwandte von mir (halbprivat versichert) notfallmässig von der Sanität hierher gebracht worden, weil das ein spezialisiertes Spital für innere Medizin sei. Sie war eine Woche lang im Hirslanden, aber kein Arzt hat sie wirklich untersucht und sie wurde nicht mal geröntgt oder ähnliches. Am ersten Tag hat lediglich ein Arzt ihren Bauch von aussen abgetastet. Danach bekam sie einen juckenden, roten Ausschlag und daraufhin Antibiotika wegen dieser äusserlichen Infektion. Um die Schuld von sich abzuwenden, kam noch eine unbeteiligte Person am letzten Tag zu ihr und meinte, sie müsse mehr auf ihre Hygiene achten, daher sei der Ausschlag gekommen. Es war niemandem in diesem Spital möglich, eine Infusion an ihre Vene anzubringen, daher waren ihre beiden Arme voller Hämatome. Dieses Spital ist in professioneller, menschlicher und ethischer Hinsicht das ALLERLETZTE.

I had a meniscus suture surgery, my surgeon was Dr. Marcus Mumme. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my surgery and follow-up stay at Hirslanden. I was allowed to have spinal anesthesia and to be awake during the surgery, seeing the professional and calm approach of the surgeon and all the staff was very reassuring to me. Thank you very much.

Eine Bekannte wurde ohne ernsthafte Bemühungen mit den Angehörigen Kontakt aufzunehmen in ein Spital von mindestens 15 km Entfernung verlegt. Die Hirslanden eignet sich vor allem dann, wenn man geplant mit einem Belegarzt kleinere und ungefährliche Eingriffe durchführen lässt. Braucht man wirklich was komplizierteres oder Notfallmässiges, sei es eine Operation oder Behandlung/Therapie meidet man diesen Pseudo-Edel-Schuppen lieber.

Die Ärzte und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man auf Hilfe angewiesen ist .Es ist ein sehr gutes spital, so ich es jeden empfehlen kann, denn ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht vorallem für Knochen und Sehnen ich würde ebenfalls mein Rücken in diesem Spital machen lassen.

Katastrophale Erfahrungen mit unserem ersten (2017) gemacht, organisiert wie ein Kindergeburtstag und die Freundlichkeit von abgestandener Milch.Ein Stern für die Aussicht. ;)
