4 Years later and I am still deformed looking because of this clinic. My body was fine beforehand. I had a flat butt and a little stomach, something I could have easily fixed at the gym. I trusted that Dr. Bivens would give me the dream body I have always wanted. Instead I got left with hard ball on one buttcheek that left it looking like a triangle. They do not look symmetrical whatsoever and im more insecure than ever. For 4ish years I have been hiding my butt with baggy clothes. I can no longer dress the way I used to or want to because of how TERRIBLE it looks.

All the staff that work here are great with customer service before and after care. Dr. G is amazing and genuine. I recommend them to everyone. I notice these people leaving 1 star reviews either came with botched surgeries from Mexico, or give everyone one star reviews from the looks of their reviews for other businesses. Just sound like a bunch of angry negative people. I think it's important that you do consult with multiple doctors prior to picking your surgeon. And seeing their work what they're capable of. Dr G is pretty honest and up front with what he can and can't do. That's what sold me, compared to other doctors trying to upsell things that they could not accomplish. Bottom line is do your research and find the surgeon that is best for you and your desired look.

The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. From the initial consultation through post-operative care, they consistently showed genuine care and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Guttikonda took the time to thoroughly explain each stage of the procedure, making sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process. From consultation through aftercare, the staff has been impeccable. Dr. Bivens was patient and thorough, taking time to answer all of my questions, listen to my concerns, and understand the results I hoped for. Jessica, who provides the post-op massages, is wonderful and very detail oriented. She often noticed things and brought them to the staff’s attention, which they addressed right away.
The team stayed in close contact, sending text updates and replying quickly whenever I had questions, which made me feel supported throughout the entire process. My procedure was six months ago, and I have learned that healing looks different for everyone. In my case, I still have some minor pain and swelling in certain areas, but I noticed a better shape immediately, I actually have a figure, and it continues to improve. I plan to update my review once my healing is complete. Overall, I am very happy that I chose Dr. Bivens
