I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. Dreams come true

I thought about it for a long time and finally made up my mind. I read a lot, looked, chose, and made my choice on this clinic. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the telephone consultation, help in finding air tickets, meeting at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, transfer to the hotel in a nice car, with a friendly driver, a nice interpreter and wifi. The hotel is also on the level **** , close to the seafront and the big market, with breakfast. Every day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic and back, if you want they will take you to the big shopping centre. The staff at the clinic is super, the equipment is modern, professional. I am happy with everything, we extracted all the remaining teeth, installed 12 implants, I feel good and happy, in three months I will have a mouth full of teeth, 28 crowns !!!! Dreams come true .
