We had a small emergency while on holiday and went to Maria Cecilia and despite rather unpleasant experiences in other countries as tourists on hospitals, here the process through checks examination and treatment was very smooth. The staff are very helpful, nice and caring. Thank you so much

I went for a heart MRI, state-of-the-art equipment and a brand-new facility. The staff was knowledgeable. My only negative: a nurse managed to make me more nervous before the exam than I already was... but thanks to the intervention of the technician Filippo (who quickly noticed the situation), I calmed down. Thanks to him, I felt at ease throughout the entire scan and was able to finish the exam. He is truly a very patient, calm, and helpful person. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was able to finish the MRI (despite suffering from panic attacks) thanks to him. A cutting-edge hospital; based on my experience, I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I'm forced to give it only one star. Certainly not for the medical aspect, where true professionals are present, but for the nursing and patient care aspects, the facility is truly lacking. Suffice it to say that my sister had to personally take care of my 92-year-old disabled mother's pre-surgery shower! Not to mention the administration of medication, which was left almost entirely up to the relative! I'd say it's a truly disheartening situation. One positive note is that my mother was able to use a single room with a companion. It's a shame...as always, places are made by the people who work there.

Through Uni Salute (the facility they recommended), I called to book a cardiovascular prevention package that includes a stress test, various visits, and blood tests. They told me that the stress test is currently unavailable and that I should call back every week and try my luck if a space becomes available, or send the request via their website by email, which will then give me a date. So I proceeded in this way. The next day, they called me saying they don't offer the stress test and to contact another facility! Uni Salute told me they have agreements for these services and that they should give me an appointment! In short, this facility was renowned for its efficiency, even though lately I haven't heard such good things about it. After my experience, I'm unlikely to recommend it either.
