The booking was done via Telegram, but on the day, it felt disorganised, front line staff seemed overwhelmed and uncaring. The surgery staff were nice, caring and seemed professional.

I was seen on the same day, it was well done. The ladies that carried out the treatment were very nice and explained thoroughly the whole process.

Very chaotic. Nobody knew I was there, even though I booked normally. It felt like we were on a conveyor belt, very poor customer service. It felt like, once the money was paid, nobody cared about the level of the service afterwards.
