In my experience, the hospital is excellent and services are at a very high level Dr. Sibal is one of the best doctors and it was a successful experience with he, also the treatment was good… We had birth a boy in this wonderful hospital. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses for the good care and health treatment I will not forget the translator, Dalal, who was with us in every session and review she is very frindly and skilled . good luck for everbody

The overall experience was the best in class I have seen in a medical institution, ever. My dad has Parkinson, so we flew all the way from Lebanon based on Dr. Sait Ozturk’s great reputation in the field. With the help of Dr. Ibrahim Kadioglu and Mrs. Dalal Ahmad who is a dedicated professional translator, our experience couldn’t have been more seamless. Starting the moment we arrived at the airport until our departure back to Lebanon, the team has dedicated full attention and tremendous hospitable care that we literally haven’t seen anything equivalent to. I cannot but highly recommend the hospital and Dr. Sait’s team to everyone. I can’t thank you enough for taking good care of my dad.

We are two Canadians who thought it was a good idea to get a complete medical checkup done with this hospital. This has got to be one of the most disorganized, and ill conceived programs I have ever experienced. We each paid a staggering 1275 US for testing that was promoted to be a seamless and comfortable experience. It was to last one day and we were promised to have all our results in our hands before we left the hospital that day. What a joke. Day 1, we were pulled from Floor 1 to 3 to 6 to 5 back to 3, back to 6 sometimes getting testing done at these floors sometimes the doctors weren't available, too long of lines so let's try another floor they said. It was nuts. Our translator left us for prolonged periods of time so we had absolutely no idea what was happening. She was unprepared, unknowledgeable and ill tempered. The day was over and we still had not completed 2 of the paid for tests. One being an MRI that could not even have been done at this hospital because the machine wasn't currently working. Why on earth did they take our money for it? After many texts through their only shady form of communication in What's App, they finally agreed to take us off site to do the MRI. After almost 8 hours we had some of the tests but no one was available to give us a consult. Don't worry they said, come back the next day to finish your last test and then you can get your results. My contact on What's App that was selling me the slick package is now ghosting me when I'm asking to speak to someone about the problems. Thankfully we met another translator that we've been able to work with to try and get things finished. Day 2, they were 30 minutes late picking us up from the hotel, we spent almost 6 hours of our life from pick up to drop off and at the end of that day....still not done. We again ran out of time to meet with all the docs for our consultant and the Neurologist was no longer available to read us our MRI's. Original MLP contact still ghosting me. Day 3, we made an appointment this time at 9:40 to meet with the doctor, they promised to pick us up at 9am from the hotel to get us there. Guy doesn't show up till almost 9:30. There is no way we are making our appointment, and now I'm forced to send my husband on his own because I have to be back for another surgical appointment somewhere else for 11:30 and I don't believe that they can get me back in time. This hospital should be ashamed of themselves, they lie, con and waste your time. I would do your research and find somewhere else to go, this was an absolute nightmare. Update - my husband is still not back from Medical Park, he is still sitting at the hospital waiting for his promised ride to the hotel, at 10:17, they told him 20 minutes. It's 11:39. More lies from this establishment. If you value your time run far away.

Very polite and frendly staff. The hospital is very clean and it is easy to get around. Great option for international patients to get quick checkups. Close to metro station.
