The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive
Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. I can write about the quality of treatment after treatment.
The organization from arrival to departure is superb.

We made an appointment at the clinic at 15:00, and in the end we got to the doctor at 16:50. There is no clear organization in terms of admission. But the doctor examined me well, did all the research and prescriptions. The only problem is waiting for an appointment, with a patient of 4 degrees of oncology it takes a long time, the patient is nervous. The main coordinator himself does not get in touch, so he is loaded with other clients. We need to organize work better !! Who really answered promptly and worked is Inga from Bookimed !! I arrived at the clinic at the appointed time and waited 5-6 hours.
On the first day, the doctor, Ahmed, took over and said that he would be negotiating over the phone, but did not get in touch.
On the second day there was another, which was overloaded with its patients, took at the end of the day, after its patients. They complained to the translator that they had called at 11, but they had taken them at 6-7 pm.
