I recently visited Dr Risshen at Mair Dental Clinic due to a persistent toothache that had been bothering me for several days. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and calm, welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel at ease, which I especially appreciated given the discomfort I was in.
Dr Risshen took the time to thoroughly examine my tooth and explain the possible causes of the pain. What stood out to me most was the clear communication and transparency. I was presented with a few treatment options, each explained in detail—including pros, cons, and costs. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and I truly appreciated that.
I opted for a treatment that was both effective and reasonably priced. The procedure itself was carried out with care and precision. The dentist checked in frequently during the process to ensure I was comfortable, and everything was handled with utmost hygiene and professionalism.
Since the treatment, my toothache has completely resolved, and I feel so much better. It’s rare to find a clinic that balances professionalism with such a personal touch,. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for effective dental care without feeling upsold or rushed.
