I am absolutely thrilled with the physiotherapy center at the Pam Thermal Hotel and would like to give it my unconditional recommendation. From the very first moment, the entire team impressed me with their high level of professionalism and dedication. All therapies – including manual therapy, medical massage, electrotherapy, and mud therapy – were perfectly planned and carried out without any waiting times. The procedures are excellently organized, which makes the entire treatment process very pleasant.
I was particularly impressed by how seriously the physiotherapists take the individual needs of their patients. Each treatment was carried out with great care and competence. You always feel like you are being taken seriously and in excellent hands. I would like to extend special praise to Eda (manual therapy).
I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the organizers, Ali Bey and Maria. They ensured that everything ran smoothly and worked hard to ensure I received the best possible care. Many thanks to the entire team – you couldn't have been better cared for!

When the air conditioning in the room was turned on, it was very loud and bothersome. Also, because the door was thin, I could hear a lot of voices from the hallway and outside, making it difficult to rest peacefully.
Furthermore, there were not enough forks and knives for the number of chairs at mealtimes, which was inconvenient.
In addition, the bathroom lid was broken, and I was surprised to find something like sand mixed in with the hot spring water. It was unfortunate that the hotel seemed to lack cleanliness.
The location and atmosphere are good, but I think a few more improvements in basic facilities and services would make for a more comfortable stay.
