A and E is down to the right of the main entrance. Be careful of the long drilled hole in the ground, if you aren't looking where you're going you could injure yourself.
Quick, professional, calm and cheerful service by lovely staff. Hardly any wait to see a doctor when I attended about 8.30am, even though she had emergencies before and after. She said she ran from the emergency to check my wound.
Option to have crutches, 100 lei per crutch. Wound care cost 100 lei and getting it checked by a doctor cost 460 lei. They may automatically book you for an X ray, so make sure you tell them if you don't want that. Also they may use antibiotic cream, it was itchy so I washed it off. Antibiotic cream can cause sensitivity and resistance. I said that my leg was itchy and the nurse said that's normal with a wound, but it wasn't for me. As soon as I washed the antibiotic cream off it was fine. The wound was not infected, so I didn't need it. They don't tell you what things are so you will need to ask if you want to know.
Don't lock the toilet, I had to be relaased from outside!
The visit was done in an hour.
The doctors speak English, the nurses don't.

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The medical staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive from start to finish. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and I felt cared for every step of the way. Nurses and doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. I’m truly grateful for the high standard of care I received—thank you to the entire team!

I just got out of the hospital yesterday. I was there for a torn ACL surgery and I cannot stress enough how helpful, professional and empathetic everybody involved was. The surgery went amazing and the quality of care is top notch. I am deeply thankful to the surgeon, recovery doctor, nurses and everybody else involved. Although I there for only 3 days I never felt ignored and the patience and kindness of the people I interacted with confirmed the fact that I made the right decision to have my surgery there. The food wasn't bad either!

I was hospitalized for two days for a septoplasty surgery. It was my first ever surgery intervention and all I can say is that the personel atitude and professionalism made it an excellent experience.
Last but not least I want to mention Prof Dr Manea Claudiu and his team who gained my trust into performing the surgery with both thorough and easy to understand explanations and also with his positive and friendly atitude. His promises to make me breathe better were fullfilled and I am gratefull for his outstanding help and support.
Therefore I highly recommend this hospital as they really organize and strive for an excelent patient experience.
Finaly I am glad that we have in Romania such a well organized and professional hospital.
