I went to the clinic for a mammological operation, Bookimed chose the clinic for me, and the clinic manager, Elena Kolpacheva (by the way, an excellent specialist and a wonderful person! 💪👍🙏), chose a doctor for me. Operation was successfully completed! Many thanks to Dr. Henrig David 🙏👐, the staff of the clinic (wonderful girls 👍 and a special compliment to the anesthesiologist 👐👍💪🌸), I feel great 💪 if I also turn for beauty, only in ABclinic ❤️

I came from Germany, the operation was successful on 07/28/22, blepharoplasty of the upper eyelids, the wonderful surgeon Antreas Heimaris operated, he has golden hands, the clinic is all at the highest level, I can appreciate it because I myself am a nurse, all the medical staff are very friendly, separate thanks to Maria Coordinator for her help, I advise everyone to this European-style wonderful clinic, I was very pleased with the result!

The clinic is clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Dr. Lovetinskaya is a professional in his field. She took into account all the wishes, explained everything in detail, did not even have questions. I was very worried about how the communication would go, because I don’t know Czech well, but in vain. Both translators and staff who know Russian work here. Therefore, I definitely recommend the clinic!

Great medical team, I cannot thank each of the nurses enough! And my Dr, Dr Lovetinska had great bedside manners and comforted me about the procedure prior and what I was seeing as results after, explaining all that was done in the operating room. I am still healing as it has only been 10 days post-op, but wow. The results so far are amazing. I can't wait until my 3 month mark to see how everything has settled!

My surgeon, Dr. Satankova, is about her business! She is clearly an expert in the field and knows what she is doing!! I had chin lipo and bichectomy. What could have been better was the communication the day of my procedure. I was told that I would have to wait until my time came and I definitely understood that an exact time could not be given, but I waited for 4 hrs without any word (preop). Postop, I was told that I would only need to wait in recovery for 1 hr. I had to contact the nurse after the second hr to ask when I would be discharged. Other than that I had a positive experience overall. The liaison that helped schedule the procedure (Mariya) was very nice and helped me find a new date when the original date had to be cancelled.

Everything is high-quality and fast. The doctor is at a high professional level. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The translator is very attentive. I'm happy!
