The service and the hotel were of a good standard.

Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator. It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too. Very grateful to all the staff.

It was good. I don't know how the "finished product" looks yet, but the staff is really nice and forthcoming. The doctor has more of a supervising role, but that is expected. Overall I am very happy with the clinic.

It was very pleasant and I am really glad that she accompanied me on this trip. The operation was performed by Ayşegül Kaya - a doctor with golden hands! She is a true professional, very attentive, careful, with aesthetic sense and great experience. I chose the FUE Sapphire transplant and the result exceeded all my expectations. Even a few days after the operation, you can already see how beautiful and natural everything looks. This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability. Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them.

Since the moment of enquiry, I have had only positive impressions - Bookimed consultant Stanislav helped me to choose the method of transplantation, to understand the nuances, to choose a clinic. Thank him very much for his help! - Transfer is included in the price, so everything is well organised from picking me up at the airport and travelling to and from the clinic on the following days. You don't have to worry about that. - The hotel is comfortable, 5 stars. - The impression of the clinic is good, the staff is very friendly. I communicated with the doctor through an interpreter. - From the first steps in the clinic I was accompanied by interpreter Bibi, her help was invaluable during the consultation with the doctor, the procedure itself and the following days. She also continues to stay in touch with me. - Only 3 weeks after the procedure, so I can't say yet that the result has exceeded all expectations. But I really hope so.
