I was punctual, but had to wait for 20 min for the therapist. The procedure was done in his street clothing, under unhygienic conditions and without protective eye glasses. The next day they sent me a program from this clinic, I read it, agreed to make an appointment, specified a date convenient for me, offered it in two weeks, to which they replied that they would clarify whether it was possible to perform the operation on the date I wanted. To my surprise, the registration was successful; I was counting on a few months of waiting. That’s when doubts began to arise that everything was going too well, and he began bombarding Anna with questions about everything that came to mind and how he could check the reliability of the site and all the information. Thanks to Anna for her patience and professionalism, she described everything clearly and clearly! I made up my mind, bought tickets and waited for the day of departure. On the day of departure I was constantly thinking about how everything would happen, because you are flying to a foreign country, it is not clear what you signed up for, even without knowing the language, so it was the first flight in my life, the excitement was constantly with me! At the airport itself, translator Biba wrote to me and asked me to send my photo so that it would be easier for the driver to find me. The flight was wonderful, Istanbul was stunning from above (flying late in the evening), I had to walk around the airport a little and find the exit where the driver was waiting, but thanks to Biba I managed the task. The driver Zafer was waiting at the 9th entrance - a polite and courteous guy, thank him very much for waiting and for his help in everything, it’s a pity that I couldn’t talk to him, I think he’s a very interesting conversationalist! I drove the whole way and the smile never left my face, because the feeling of anxiety was passing. Zafer brought him to the hotel, there were no problems with booking a room, because Anna did it and you just need to tell the reception your first and last name. Entering the room, the feeling of danger and anxiety has completely deteriorated and you realize that this is all true and that there is no reason to panic! everything is going just fine! You are in Istanbul, in a beautiful hotel, and tomorrow your little dream will come true! I went to bed in a pleasant shock! In the morning, after a hearty breakfast, Zafer took me to the clinic, where I was met by the wonderful translator Biba! She spent the whole day with me, explained everything, described it and supported me. We signed the necessary papers, met and talked with the doctor (a good guy). We went to the operating room, met the amazing assistants there, took blood samples for analysis and began the procedure. Let me say briefly... only the anesthesia injections are painful, the transplant process itself is very gentle. The doctor did everything in the best possible way, as he said earlier, he carried out the operation with restraint and confidence! The assistants are tougher in terms of processing and assistance, but the main thing is that there are no mistakes. The girls maintained a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere, they were constantly talking about something and having a conversation, it was interesting to listen to them, it was a pity that I could not join the conversation. The support was great! After a 7-hour operation, my head felt like cast iron, from anesthesia and other procedures... the plus is a break, which helps a lot, go to the restroom, stretch your limbs, and of course, lunch, which is very filling! At the end of all the procedures, they give you a very nice head care kit (shampoo, foam) and they will offer ointment for treating the donor area, don’t skimp, it’s better to take it right away! Panama for wearing in hot weather and for those who have complexes. I still haven’t worn it, I’m not in the sun for long, but I got used to the look on the third day and I like it! A pack of tablets, painkillers, antipyretic and anti-edema. Listen to everything they tell you, it’s very useful and everything will come in handy. The first week will be difficult, especially sleeping, you will have a special pillow, cool! but not comfortable) you will have to be patient) I advise you to sleep sitting, fortunately the hotel has a very good chair and a table of the same height, you can sit comfortably, because... Lying down you will feel numb, especially your head, which will make you sleep for a couple of hours a day. Sitting and only sitting, listen to my advice! Just don’t forget about the pillow, any friction in the transplanted area is detrimental to your hair! And by the way, on the 3rd day I will explain to you about leaving! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay for that day and I flew away, but it’s hard to do it yourself, especially the first day, later you get better at it. At the moment, the 2nd week is coming to an end, I’m happy with the result, like everything I’ve gone through) There’s still a long, but interesting journey ahead of my new hair! About 2 months before the trip, I agreed on the desired date for hair transplantation. About 2 weeks before the trip, I contacted the coordinator at the clinic itself, she is also a translator - Anna, thank you very much! She gave me important recommendations and an algorithm for meeting the driver at the airport. At the Istanbul airport, I immediately took a little cash at least to pay for food in the hotel room (next to the 9th exit from the Airport, there are ATMs a little further, I took 290 liras from the HSBC ATM, 10 liras commission from Tinkoff - there was no more at the ATM, so it would be no commission). Further, at the exit, at the agreed place, I was met by a Turkish driver. A good old man. I would have learned Turkish just to wipe it in the car for my life. Helped me to carry my luggage to the car. I took to the hotel, helped with registration in my own language with the administrators. The hotel is normal, though the room was noisy, tk. 1st floor with windows to the courtyard. In the morning they served a good breakfast, although I did not feel well after the flight, I could not fully appreciate it. But perhaps this is for the best, as. then soon there was a lot of lying on his stomach. So do not get too carried away with breakfast either (although Anna said to have a hearty breakfast). The driver came for me, took me to the operation. Anna, the coordinator, meets at the clinic. After filling out the papers, they put them face down on the couch and the nurse begins to give injections of anesthesia in the back of the head - it is very painful. When it starts to work, grafts are taken from the back of the head. By the time probably 2 hours. Then you can roll over on your back, do anesthesia in the head, this time where to transplant. Very painful again. After that, the surgeon makes a marking with a marker and, upon completion, begins to make many holes in the head - the procedure for another hour. Then take a break. The food in the clinic is quite good. Due to unwell after the flight, I again did not lean heavily. At the end of the break, the most difficult part begins - they put them on their backs and begin to insert donor grafts. Time drags on, the back and neck become incredibly numb over time. Try to somehow, at least for a minute, sometimes during the doctors' pauses, rise up, stretch your neck to the side and move your hands. In general, brace yourself at this time. During the entire operation (more than 8 hours) Anna practically did not leave me in case of translation help or to say what. I even felt awkward in front of her. Thanks again! When it’s over, they’ll bring painkillers with them and take them to the hotel. They will also give you medical gauze - put it on the pillow in the hotel, so as not to stain it with blood residues. I didn't want to eat, took a pill and fell asleep. Immediately in the morning, the feeling was already much better, nothing really hurt, the view was so-so. It was a little embarrassing to go to breakfast, but I saw 2 more of the same guests with bandaged heads there. So the staff are used to it. Several clinics can be seen cooperating with this hotel. After breakfast, I asked at the reception about food, they gave me a menu for ordering food in the room and with it I had already retired to rest in my room. There was no desire to walk down the street with such a view either. Yes, although the description of the hotel says that they speak Russian and English - I spoke in broken English, like everyone else around, that was enough. I ordered food in the room (each dish on the menu has a serial number - you call the serial number at the reception), so the withdrawn cash came in handy. It seems like if you can change money in the hotel itself, but it may not be profitable. Then they took me to change the bandages, gave me a hat almost like Boyarsky's. In order not to frighten people around with wounds on the head. On the 3rd day of shampooing, they tell the nuances, offer to buy additional different products. The price tag is generally adequate (as on Amazon for the same funds), only now again for cash, which of course is not with you, and ATMs nearby give out already with a large commission. So clarify this question in advance - do you need to buy additionally what. Prepare cash in advance if necessary. The driver took me to the airport. It’s a pity again that I don’t speak Turkish, I could thank the driver more sincerely. I wrote it on purpose in such super-detailed way to make it clearer what will wait and have more confidence in the trip. On the topic of the result of the trip - time will tell. So far, a week later, the transplanted grafts seem to be still in place) Lay as much vacation as possible for this business. A week for the operation and at least another week to recover from the trip. A week later, my appearance is still so-so - traces of dried blood and other nonsense are falling from my head. Hello! All liked it. At the airport I was met by the driver and taken to the hotel. The hotel is comfortable next to the clinic. In the morning, the same driver brought me to the clinic. My English is bad, so at the clinic I was met by a manager with an interpreter. After consultation, I passed a blood test and after 15 minutes began the procedure. The most unpleasant thing is when anesthesia is administered, the transplant process itself is painless. After the transplant, they were given all the necessary medicines and taken to the hotel. In the next two days, they were brought to the clinic for treatment of the head for 30 minutes, the rest of the time was free. On the fourth day after the final examination, I purchased a hair care kit (shampoo, oils and vitamins) at the clinic and the driver took me to the airport. A month has passed since the transplant, so I can't say for sure about the result, but in my opinion everything is taking root well and the result will be visible in a few months. The staff is well-coordinated and friendly, they did everything quickly and professionally. I traveled on the recommendation of a friend who transplanted at this clinic a year ago.

Everything was perfectly organized (transfer, hotel, etc.), the operation itself went well too - I even managed to learn a few Turkish expressions along the way - well, in general I was satisfied with everything. I cannot say anything yet about the results of the operation, since only two weeks have passed, but so far everything looks as it should.
