I will immediately say thanks to Bookimed for the initial organization of the referral to the clinic, and personally to the manager Svetlana! About 2 months before the trip, I agreed on the desired date for hair transplantation. About 2 weeks before the trip, I contacted the coordinator at the clinic itself, she is also a translator - Anna, thank you very much! She gave me important recommendations and an algorithm for meeting the driver at the airport. At the Istanbul airport, I immediately took a little cash at least to pay for food in the hotel room (next to the 9th exit from the Airport, there are ATMs a little further, I took 290 liras from the HSBC ATM, 10 liras commission from Tinkoff - there was no more at the ATM, so it would be no commission). Further, at the exit, at the agreed place, I was met by a Turkish driver. A good old man. I would have learned Turkish just to wipe it in the car for my life. After breakfast, I asked at the reception about food, they gave me a menu for ordering food in the room and with it I had already retired to rest in my room. Yes, although the description of the hotel says that they speak Russian and English - I spoke in broken English, like everyone else around, that was enough. I ordered food in the room (each dish on the menu has a serial number - you call the serial number at the reception), so the withdrawn cash came in handy. About 2 months before the trip, I agreed on the desired date for hair transplantation. The moment I saw the result, even with the initial swelling, I could tell the shape was exactly what I wanted. It’s a great feeling. My goal was a more defined tip, and that's precisely what the surgeon delivered using an open approach. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely caring. The most difficult part of recovery so far is just having to sleep upright, which is temporary. A huge bonus is that I am breathing perfectly through my nose already. I am so grateful for the surgeon's skill and the clear communication from the team.

I travelled from the UK to have a breast lift with implants ( 450 cc motiva implants under the muscle ), and from the very beginning, Dr Yaman made me feel comfortable, reassured, and confident that I was in safe hands.
I am so happy with my results so far and I am truly grateful for his skill, attention to detail, and the beautiful work he has done. Not only is Dr Yaman an incredibly talented surgeon, but he is also a genuinely kind and caring person who made me feel looked after while I was away from home.

My main concern was the possibility of hidden costs, but I can confirm there were no additional expenses on top of the quoted price. My procedure was for the labia minora only. I found the clinic to be "nice and clean, great service," with "excellent doctors." They provided a clear aftercare guide and have been easy to reach, staying in touch throughout my early recovery. It is going well. In fact, I'm feeling better than expected. My main advice is to make sure you schedule the right procedures and contact the clinic to confirm all details before you arrive.

What stood out was the surgeon's personal attention. He personally checked on me after surgery. Beforehand, Dr. Yaman explained his deep plane technique very clearly for my facelift, which also included my upper and lower eyes, brows, and a lip lift. This personal touch was part of the overall atmosphere. Every thing had a positive vibe; everyone was professional and warm, and the facilities and transportation were exceptional. It felt like Dr. Yaman really cared for you as a person. My recovery is progressing about as expected. I received a clear aftercare guide and had no additional expenses. For me, a little more language support could be useful, but it didn't hinder the process.

From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. Communication was exceptional, and having a translator helped greatly—I understood what was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. The doctor was open and honest, explaining exactly where the scars on both my arms would be, their visibility, and how to position my arms for recovery. I would have liked an itinerary with timings and some aftercare instructions in paper format. That said, the clinic is easy to reach and stays in touch with clear guidance. I am feeling better than expected. My only extra cost was the flight. Definitely bring lots of baggy clothes and some snacks. I can honestly give 5 *

The only additional expenses were for recovery medications and compression garments, which was a small and predictable cost. A piece of advice for others: make sure you confirm the most direct route to the airport pick-up location in advance and ask about which airport is most convenient for travel, as it can make a difference.
The care was exceptional. From the moment I opened conversation expressing my interest in the procedure and process, the Bookimedgroup and hospital team walked with me through every step with excellent communication, accommodating all of the travel mishaps, and ensuring that I was comfortable, and took extremely helpful steps l, at their inconvenience, to make me feel well taken care of.
The coordinators, nurses, and doctors were professional, kind, and explained each detail as much as I needed to feel that the procedure would be a smooth, safe, and rewarding. I am extremely pleased with the experience, and have already recommended them to my family member, interested in a different procedure. Well, the hospital food is a general human complaint, and doesnt count. Sometimes the nurses and I had language difficulties l, but in most cases l, there was someone available to come and translate specific details. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. It was the best medical experience I have had, so it is difficult to site an improvement, directly.

He was respectful of my gender identity and carefully explained which technique would be best for my body, taking the time to discuss my chest masculinization goals. I opted for a result without nipple grafts, with a plan to get tattoos later. So far, my recovery is going about as expected. The clinic has been great about staying in touch. It was also a relief that there were no additional expenses on top of the original price. Everything was straightforward.
